You’ll have a 30-minute Zoom or phone call each week with either Jordan (body & fitness coach) or Sierra (mind & mindset coach). We’ll check in on your goals, adapt your plan, and help troubleshoot any challenges together.
These sessions are collaborative, non-judgmental, and focused on steady, real progress.

Every weekday, you’ll get a quick, encouraging message or prompt from your coach. It might be:
A reflection question
A nutrition tip
A reminder to get your workout in
Or a simple “You’ve got this”
We use these check-ins to keep you accountable and supported—without overwhelming your inbox.

Nope. We’ll give you a personalized fitness and nutrition framework, but we build it with you, not for you. Your preferences, schedule, and mental bandwidth all factor into your plan.
Some weeks, life is full. Other weeks, you’ll be more focused. We create space for both—and still keep your goals in reach.

Most clients start with a 3 month commitment priced at $297 per month. Pricing is subject to change, but never without ample notice. You’ll see all pricing before checkout—and you won’t be charged until you approve your plan.
There are no hidden fees, and yes—you can cancel at any time and can request a refund if you feel like you are not being helped to meet your goals.
