HOW IT WORKS:

ONBOARDING + GOAL SETTING

After signing up with Kokoro Wellness, we’ll work with you to define your fitness goals, and identify any hurdles caused by your routine, diet, or mental health.

STEP 01

CUSTOM PLAN + ACCOUNTABILITY

Next, we’ll communicate the plan , monitor your progress through an app, and provide accountability through daily texts and weekly Zoom check-ins.

STEP 02

PROCESS REFINEMENT + SUCCESS

If any part of the system we build together isn’t working for you, we’ll work with you to restructure your goals, life, and workouts until everything fits.

STEP 03

What You’ll Actually Do Each Week

  1. Follow Your Custom Weekly Plan

    Commit to 2–3 realistic workouts (30–45 min), grocery goals, morning and nighttime routines, and gentle food tracking or journaling—based entirely on what you need and can handle.

  2. Check In Daily (M-F)

    Respond to your daily text to reflect, get guidance, and stay connected to your goals without needing to overthink.

  3. Join Your Weekly Coaching Call

    Work with Sierra to troubleshoot what’s getting in the way—whether it’s anxiety, executive dysfunction, or just needing help managing your time.
